• AI chat assistants
• Full sales funnel automation

3. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information and necessary assets (logo, content, credentials).
• You ensure you hold proper rights to any third-party materials shared with us.
• You will cooperate during project execution and feedback rounds.

4. Revisions & Scope

Unless otherwise agreed:

• The project includes one major and up to two minor revisions.
• Additional revisions or scope extensions are chargeable.

5. Data & Privacy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy and the lawful processing of your data per UAE PDPL standards.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your own content and branding.
• We retain rights to reusable templates, code, and automation frameworks unless custom-built exclusively for you.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data due to third-party service failure
• Any breach resulting from client-provided credentials

8. Termination

• The agreement concludes upon delivery and final payment.
• Sections on data, IP, and liability remain in effect post-termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the site or services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
